The Hoosier 690 Pro/Am Archery Tournament returns to Roundtripper Sports Academy in Westfield, Indiana, December 4–6, 2026! The Hoosier 690 is hosted by the Indiana Field Archery Association (IFAA) and sanctioned/licensed through the National Field Archery Association (NFAA). The tournament attracts archers ranging from novice competitors to some of the top professional archers from across the United States.
The Hoosier 690 is a two-day competition totaling 690 possible points.
Saturday – NFAA 360 Round: Archers shoot 60 arrows on the NFAA blue-and-white 5-spot target, with the option of using a single-spot face. Under the 2025 tournament format, the inner X scored 6 points, making 360 the maximum Saturday score.
Sunday – Vegas 330 Round: Archers shoot 30 arrows on the Vegas/NFAA 3-spot target, again with a single-spot option. The combination of the 360 Saturday round and 330 Sunday round creates the Hoosier 690. The IFAA’s existing event description confirms the NFAA 360 Saturday/Vegas 330 Sunday format.
Sunday is traditionally peer grouped based on Saturday’s results, and competitors must complete the Sunday session with their assigned peer group to remain eligible for trophies or prize money under the tournament rules.
The Hoosier 690 will have some exciting technology changes for 2026.
Registration will move to the NFAA’s Sport:80 system, replacing Rcherz, which was used for the 2025 tournament.
Tournament scoring will move to IANSEO.
We want to extend a HUGE thank-you to the NFAA for allowing the Hoosier 690 to serve as a test event for this new system. We are excited to work alongside the NFAA as we introduce Sport:80 registration and IANSEO scoring to the event.
2026 registration links and additional instructions will be posted on the IFAA Home Page, Facebook and here on October 1st.
The Trophy Division is designed to offer competition across NFAA equipment classes and age groups. Registration is $50, with all NFAA classes and age groups available.
The Amateur Money Division provides competitors the opportunity to compete for cash payouts while remaining outside the Open Pro Division.
Classes included Adult and Senior Male/Female Freestyle and Adult Bowhunter Freestyle.
The Open Pro Division brings some of the country’s top competitors to Indiana for the Hoosier 690.
One of the highlights of Hoosier 690 weekend is the Saturday evening Pro/Am Team Event.
The event gives amateur archers the opportunity to be paired with a Pro and compete as a team. The event will begin approximately 30 minutes after the final Saturday line.
The 2026 Pro/Am Team Event format will be linked below.
Practice will be available beginning Friday evening, with additional limited practice opportunities during tournament weekend.
Saturday line times and Sunday peer-group times will be announced.
Saturday lines at 7:30 AM, 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM, followed by the Pro/Am Team Event that evening. Sunday shooting times will be determined through peer grouping.
